Sheet metal processing with laser cutting, plasma cutting and press bending

CAR.MEC. METAL WORK S.R.L.

Car.mec. performs sheet metal work for civil and industrial metalwork, transforming sheet metal and semi-finished metal products using dedicated technologies and controlled production processes.

Processing is carried out on stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet metal, and other metal materials, tailoring each project to meet specific dimensional and production requirements.

Laser cutting and plasma cutting

Cutting processes represent a fundamental phase in the production of metal components.

Car.mec. uses:

  • laser cutting for precision machining
  • plasma cutting for high thicknesses

Laser cutting allows you to work on:

  • carbon steel up to 15 mm
  • stainless steel up to 12 mm
  • formats up to 2000x4000 mm

The processes are carried out with a Mazak Optiplex Nexus 3015 Fiber Laser system.

Press bending and deformation of sheet metal

Sheet metal working includes press-bending activities dedicated to the controlled deformation of metals.

The folds are made on:

  • thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 10 mm
  • lengths up to 3000 mm

This allows for the production of precise metal components ready for assembly and welding.

Punching, drilling and precision machining

The processes include punching, drilling, and marking metals, essential for obtaining openings, shapes, and technical details intended for the production of structural components and metal products.

Each intervention is carried out with attention to precision and the final quality of the workmanship.

Produzione su misura e continuità produtiva

Sheet metal working is used to create metal components, technical structures, industrial carpentry, and mechanical assembly elements. The internal organization allows for the coordination of all production phases, reducing margins of error and ensuring executive precision, production continuity, and processes developed for both single pieces and small and medium series.
